Ingredients:
-4 Eggs. -50 Grams of extra virgin olive oil -320 Grams of spaghetti
-100 grams grated cheese -150 grams diced bacon

Preparation:
Take a large pan and pour the oil and the diced bacon, cook 5 minutes over low heat, then beat the eggs with pepper and cook pasta as usual after that, drain the pasta and pour into the pan, cook 5 minutes low heat and mix well and then remove from heat and pour beaten eggs, mix well and also add grated cheese and mix thoroughly until it forms a cream.
