Granizado de chocolate

700 grams of water
200 grams of sugar
200 grams of cocoa without sugar
lives of fresh mint
Put the sugar with the water and cocoa to melt. Is important that you moves without stopping so as not to be hard and if it possible with a wood spoon.
When the mixture begin to boil, remove it and wait several minutes for us to cool. Finally spread the mixture of chocolat in several glasses (more or less 4) and leave in the freezer. Remove them from time to time.
When you go to eat srpinkle the mint leaves and thats all you can start to eat.
