  • A tub of cheese spread, I recommend philadelphia.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 3 natural yoghurts.
  • 3 tablespoons of flour.
  • 10-12 tablespoons of sugar.
  1. Turn on the oven at 200º.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and bate until it dissolved.
  3. Spread the mold with butter and pour the mixture.
  4. In 20 or 25 minutes will be ready, it is important to well done (would be crumbly),turns off the oven and let it two minutes. Then let it cool a bit out of the oven,then bringing it into the fridge.
  5. You can decorate the cheese cake with raspberry or the one you like.
