Chocolate Truffles

Preparation:

Bring butter in double boiler with chocolate bars and reserving a batter to grate truffles .
When melted, add the brandy and chill.

Carefuly add egg yolks and beaten egg with until stiff. Let stand in refrigerator until the dough hardens.

Form balls, along with two spoons or your hands are wet. Then coat them with grated chocolate or chocolate pasta (grains) that are in the market. Serve in ramekins of paper.


Ingredents:

-Butter
-Chocolate bars
-Brandy
-Egg Yolks
-Grated Chocolate or Chocolate pasta
