Chiken curry


Ingredients (four portions)

-two green peppers
-asorted vegetables (carrots,esparragus,green beens,mushrooms)
-coriander
-half an onion
-coconut milk (you can also use cow milk)
-olive oil
-chiken breasts
-one vegetable stock cube
-cardamomom
-lemon grass (or lemon juice)
-mild curry (you can change it for medium or hot if you want)
-basmati rice (optional)


Preparation

- Put some olive oil in a saucepan,add the chopped onion,green pepper and the rest of vegetables.
-Stir for a while.Cut the chiken breasts into pieces, put them into the saucepan and stir.
-Add twelve cardamomom seeds, the coriander, the curry powder, the vegetable stock cube and the lemon grass.
-Add milk until cover.
-Cook for ten minutes in medium fire.
-Serve it with the basmati rice.
